به گزارش فارس به نقل از روزنامه "" ترکیه، "احمد داوو داغلو" وزیر خارجه ترکیه شب گذشته در ادامه مواضع تحریک‌آمیز و خصمانه علیه سوریه عنوان کرد که نیروهای کشورش ممکن است در مرزهای سوریه با نیروهای سوری درگیر شوند. وی همچنین خواستار مسئولیت‌پذیری سازمان ملل و جامعه جهانی در قبال این موضوع شد.

هرات با ایران مرز مشترک دارد

دادگاهی در غرب افغانستان، یک مامور پلیس مرزی این کشور را به جرم جاسوسی به یک کشور همسایه، به تحمل شانزده سال زندان محکوم کرده است.

غلام رسول منصور، قاضی دادگاه ابتدایی، جرم این مامور پلیس را "خیانت به وطن" اعلام کرد.

مقامات رسما از کشوری که این فرد ظاهرا به آن جاسوسی می کرده نام نبرده اند، اما یک مقام افغان که نخواست نامش افشا شود، به بی‌بی‌سی گفت که این فرد متهم به جاسوسی به کشور ایران بوده است.

جزئیات این اتهام و اینکه چه اطلاعاتی را این فرد توانسته به کشور بیرونی افشا کند، منتشر نشده است.

حکم دادگاه ابتدایی در مورد این مامور پلیس نهایی نیست و مقامات گفته اند که فرد متهم می تواند خواستار برگزاری دور بعدی جلسه دادگاه شود.

در سالهای اخیر، در چندین مورد افرادی متهم به "جاسوسی" در افغانستان به دادگاه کشیده شده اند و در بسیاری موارد، اتهام علیه این افراد، جاسوسی به کشورهای ایران و پاکستان بوده است.

سال گذشته نیز یک شهروند افغان که متهم بود به کشور ایران جاسوسی می کند، به شانزده سال زندان محکوم شد.

این فرد که سالها در ایران زندگی می کرد، در نخستین سفر به زادگاهش، هرات، بازداشت شد.

مقامات اما در گذشته افشا نکرده اند که "جاسوسی" این افراد در چه سطحی بوده و به چه نوع اطلاعاتی دسترسی داشته اند.

حمیدرضا حاجی‌بابایی، وزیر آموزش و پرورش در گفت‌وگو با خبرنگار اجتماعی باشگاه خبری فارس «توانا» با بیان اینکه در سال تحصیلی جدید بیش از 90 درصد مدارس کشور در نوبت صبح تشکیل می‌شوند، اظهار داشت: در آموزش و پرورش تلاش شده است تا دانش‌آموزان به جای تحصیل در نوبت عصر بتوانند در نوبت صبح تحصیل کنند.

او اکنون در سلول انفرادی بسر می برد و به گفته پلیس با آنها همکاری نمی کند.

لیسا دامیانی، وکیل خانوادگی آقای هولمز روز دوشنبه گفت که آنها برای خانواده قربانیان متاسفند.

او در پاسخ به سئوالی که آیا والدین آقای هولمز از او حمایت می کنند گفت: "بله، او پسرشان است."

به گزارش روز دوشنبه خبرنگار فرهنگی ایرنا از مركز روابط عمومی وزارت فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی ، هیات رسیدگی به امور مراكز فرهنگی در آخرین نشست خود بررسی مجدد صلاحیت خانه سینما را در دستور كار قرار داد و در نهایت پس از بررسی همه جانبه فعالیت و ملاحظه كلیه اسناد و مدارك ، این تشكل را فاقد هرگونه وجاهت قانونی دانست.

بنابراین گزارش ، جلسه هیات رسیدگی به امور مراكز فرهنگی با توجه به دادنامه شعبه اول دیوان عدالت اداری كه صلاحیت رسیدگی به وضعیت تشكل موسوم به خانه سینما را منوط به بررسی و اعلام نظر قطعی این هیأت دانسته است، تشكیل شد.

اعضای هیأت باتوجه به تمامی مفاد دادنامه یادشده و با استناد به مواد 15، 17 و 20 ضوابط و مقررات تأسیس مراكز، موسسات، كانون ها و انجمن های فرهنگی هنری و نظارت بر فعالیت آنها مصوبه جلسه 385 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی مورخ 27 شهریور سال 57 رای نهایی خود مبنی بر تعطیلی دائم خانه سینما را اعلام كردند.

در رای هیات رسیدگی به امور مراكز فرهنگی آمده است:با توجه به اینكه موارد ذكر شده در بند 'ب' این صورت‌جلسه از مصادیق تخلف بوده و تشكل موسوم به خانه سینما هیچ اقدامی در جهت اخذ مجوز از این هیأت و یا حتی تطبیق وضع خود با مقررات و ضوابط مندرج در مصوبه جلسه 385 شورای عالی انقلاب‌فرهنگی‌(سال 75) ننموده است لذا به استناد ماده 15 ضوابط مذكور با تأكید مجدد بر رأی هیأت مورخ هفتم دی ماه سال 90 ضمن اعلام تعطیلی دائم، فعالیت تشكل موسوم به خانه‌سینما را فاقد هرگونه وجاهت قانونی می داند و در صورت ادامه هرگونه فعالیت غیرقانونی طبق ماده 17 با تشكل یادشده رفتار خواهد نمود.

بر اساس بند ( ب ) صورتجلسه با عنوان بررسی وضعیت تشكل موسوم به خانه سینما , اعضای هیات , بنا به دلایل زیر، ادامه فعالیت این تشكل را غیرقانونی اعلام كردند:

1-ب: به استناد تبصره ماده 10 و ماده 22 مصوبه جلسه 385 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی، اساسنامه آن تشكل تاكنون به هیأت رسیدگی به امور مراكز فرهنگی و هنری برای بررسی و تصویب ارایه نشده است.

2-ب: تغییرات پی‌درپی در اساسنامه ادعایی تشكل موسوم خانه سینما جهت تأیید به شورای فرهنگ عمومی منعكس نشده است.ضمن اینكه با تصویب مصوبه جلسه 385 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی درسال 75 وظیفه بررسی وتصویب اساسنامه ها از شورای فرهنگ عمومی به این هیأت انتقال یافته است.

3-ب: طبق بند ج ماده 10 و تبصره ماده 11 مصوبه جلسه 77 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی (سال 67) صدور مجوز اینگونه مراكز به ترتیب از 'وظایف هیأت نظارت وقت' و 'وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی' بوده و معاون وقت امور سینمایی و سمعی و بصری فاقد تنقیذ حق وزیر بوده است و بنابراین نامه ارسالی آقای انوار به اداره كل ثبت شركت‌ها به استناد ماده 15 مصوبه جلسه 77 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی به‌منزله صدور مجوز تأسیس خانه سینما نیست. ضمن اینكه اساسنامه ارسالی به اداره كل ثبت شركت ها مورد تأیید شورای فرهنگ عمومی نیز نمی‌باشد.

4-ب: تشكل موسوم به خانه سینما هیچ‌گونه اقدامی در جهت تطبیق وضع خود با ضوابط و مقررات مندرج در ماده 20 مصوبه جلسه 385 شورای عالی انقلاب فرهنگی (سال 1375) نكرده است و حتی مدارك لازم به همراه اساسنامه جدید طبق ضوابط و شرایط مندرج در ماده 6 این مصوبه را جهت تأیید و صدور مجوز جدید به هیأت تسلیم ننموده است.

5-ب: در آخرین اساسنامه آن تشكل تغییرات قابل توجهی اعمال شده است ازجمله :
